Fish oil is the polyunsaturated fatty acids, primarily EPA (18.8% Triglycerides) and DHA (12.9% Triglycerides), that are found in marine animals. Omega 3’s are considered essential just because our bodies can’t produce them, so we have to get them from dietary sources. EPA and DHA can be found in darker fatty fish, like salmon, sardines, tuna, herring, and mackerel.

Our sourced Omega 3 fish oil has been purified to remove Mercury and other possible contaminants.
