MSM is an abbreviation for methylsulfonylmethane. MSM is obtained from the earth’s rain cycle. It is also found in raw fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and unprocessed food but is usually lost when the food is cooked. It is also found in some primitive plants and beverages in small amounts.
MSM is consumed due to its health benefits to the body and is usually marketed as a dietary supplement.
