Recommendation: Wet mouth and toothbrush with distilled water or our H2O2 mouthwash. Apply small amount of toothpaste and brush gently for at least 5 minutes. Do NOT rinse mouth afterwards with water. Keep paste in mouth for at least 5 minutes. Do no swallow. Spit out most of the toothpaste several times. The oily residue left over in mouth will aid in further protection. For powder, wet toothbrush, dip into powder and add a little toothpaste of your choice on top of the powder.
